Privacy and cookie notice
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit niclasinisi.com, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

What I collect
The site has no contact form and no accounts. Personal data reaches me only when you send it:
- Email or WhatsApp: your address, phone number and the content of your message, when you write to me.
- Booking a call: name, email and any notes, collected by Calendly through the calendar embedded on the contact page.
Why I use it
To answer your enquiry and discuss managing your apartment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). I send no newsletters and use your data for no advertising purpose.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise once we work together.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site load content from outside providers, which may receive your IP address and set technical or functional cookies:
- Calendly (the calendar on the contact page) — privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap and CARTO (the service area map).
- Google Fonts (typefaces) and Netlify (hosting, technical server logs).
I do not use Google Analytics, nor profiling or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are technical or functional and need no prior consent; you can still block them in your browser settings, accepting that parts of the site may stop working.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, or its correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by writing to bnb.nicla@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
