Why I don't take on just the cleaning

The request comes in most weeks: just the cleaning, just the check-ins, just the listing. I say no, and not out of stubbornness.

A good stay is the sum of price, communication, cleanliness and support. Control one piece and I'm answerable for a result I can't actually deliver. Taking the whole apartment means one person responsible, from the listing to the tax return.
