The paperwork behind a Milan short let

A short let doesn't run on the listing alone. Every guest brings obligations with them: registering their details with the police, the City of Milan tourist tax, the contract, and the rental income at tax time.

None of it is difficult. It becomes a problem when it piles up. I treat it as a weekly routine rather than a deadline to chase, and that's the main reason the owners I work with have stopped thinking about it.
